fa استفاده از روش ارزش‌گذاری مشروط در برآورد ارزش تفرجگاهی تالاب بین‌المللی گندمان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تامین آب، تامین عوفه دام‌های منطقه، پناهگاه حیات وحش، اشتغال و بهره‌برداری انسانی، پژوهش و آموزش، تعدیل آب و هوا و خدمات تفریحی از جمله کارکردهای تالاب‌ها محسوب می‌شوند. این تحقیق با هدف برآورد ارزش اقتصادی تالاب بین المللی گندمان با مساحتی بالغ بر 1100 هکتار در استان چهارمحال و بختیاری و ارائه آن به دستگاه‌های ذیربط جهت حفاظت هرچه بیشتر از آن در سال 1396 انجام شده‌است. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه، پرسشنامه می‌باشد و اطلاعات گردآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و رگرسیون لاجستیک و به کمک نرم‌افزارهای </span></span>&nbsp;<span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SPSS</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;">SHAZAM</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان می‌دهد که بین متغیر مبلغ پیشنهادی و احتمال تمایل به پرداخت پاسخ‌گویان، رابطه‌ای منفی و معنی‌دار در سطح پنج درصد وجود دارد. همچنین بین متغیرهای درآمد ماهانه و سن بازدیدکنندگان از تالاب با احتمال تمایل به پرداخت آنان، رابطه‌ای مثبت و معنی‌دار در سطح ده درصد به دست آمده‌است. به علاوه براساس مفهوم اثر نهایی، یک واحد افزایش در مبلغ پیشنهادی، درآمد ماهانه و سن پاسخ‌گویان به ترتیب منجر به کاهش 09/0 درصدی، افزایش 19 درصدی و نیز افزایش یک درصدی در احتمال تمایل به پرداخت آنان خواهد شد. با استفاده از مدل لاجیت برآورد شده، مقدار مورد انتظار(میانگین) تمایل به پرداخت برای هر بازدیدکننده معادل 2/5831 تومان و ارزش تفرجگاهی تالاب بین‌المللی گندمان حدود 175 میلیون تومان به دست آمده‌است.</span></span> The functions of wetlands are water supply, livestock supply, wildlife refuge, employment and human uses, research and training, climate adjustment and recreational services. The purpose of this study is to estimating the economic value of Gandoman international wetland with area of over 1100 hectares in 2017 and provide it to the relevant authorities for its further protection. Data collection tool is questionnaire and the data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and logistic regression using SPSS and SHAZAM software. The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between the bid amount and the probability of respondents&#39; willingness to pay at 5 percent. Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between monthly income and age variables of visitors with the probability of willingness to pay at 10 percent. In addition, according to the concept of the marginal effect, a unit increase in the bid amount, monthly income and age of the respondents would decrease 0.09 percent in probability of willingness to pay and would increase 19 and one percent in probability of willingness to pay, respectively.
