fa مقایسه ارزش‌های تفرجی و غیر مصرفی (وجودی و برای نسل‌های آینده) دریاچه بزنگان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:normal">دریاچه بزنگان، بزرگ‌ترین دریاچه طبیعی شمال‌شرق ایران است که جزء آثار طبیعی ملی و مناطق نمونه گردشگری استان خراسان رضوی به شمار می‌رود. پژوهش حاضر سعی دارد با محاسبه و مقایسه ارزش‌های تفرجی و حفاظتی ( وجودی و میراثی) این سایت طبیعی-گردشگری به مدیریت خردمندانه‌تر اکوتوریسم در آن کمک کند. یافته‌های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد ارزش تفرجی این سایت طبیعی در سال 1400 به کمک روش هزینه سفر با توجه به میانگین هزینه هر ساله به ازای هر فرد از خانوار که مبلغ 375000 تومان اندازه‌گیری شد، در حدود 3375000000 تومان برآورد گردید. هم‌چنین ارزش حفاظتی بزنگان نیز با استفاده از روش ارزشگذاری مشروط (</span></span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:normal">CVM</span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:normal">) با توجه به متوسط تمایل به پرداخت افراد (</span></span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:normal">WTP</span></span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"><span style="font-weight:normal">)، 324000 تومان، 3708000000 تومان محاسبه شد. از دلایل قابل توجه بودن ارزش حفاظتی این دریاچه نسبت به ارزش تفرجی این اثر طبیعی ملی، علاوه بر جاذبه‌های ذاتی این دریاچه طبیعی، می‌توان از یک سو به عدم کفایت امکانات زیرساختی برای توسعه گردشگری و از سوی دیگر درک بالای گردشگران نسب به ارزش حفاظتی این دریاچه و لزوم بقای آن برای نسل‌های بعدی اشاره کرد. در نهایت با شرط بهبودیافتن و مهیاشدن شرایط برای تفرج آسوده‌تر گردشگران، میانگین مبلغ 15000 تومان جهت ورودیه هر فرد پیشنهاد داده شد که باز هم می‌تواند به منظور برآوردن نیازهای گردشگران به کار گرفته شود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="color:black">Bazangan Lake is the largest natural lake in northeastern part of Iran, which is one of the national monuments and typical tourist areas of Khorasan Razavi province. The present study tries to help the wiser management of ecotourism by estimation and comparing the recreation value of Bazangan Lake versus non-use value (bequest and existence) values of this natural-tourism site. Recreational value by using the travel cost method, according to the average annual cost per person per household, which was measured at 375,000 Tomans, was estimated at about 33.75 billion Tomans. The protective value of Bazangan was calculated 370.8 million Tomans by using the conditional valuation method according to the average willingness to pay (WTP), 324,000 Tomans. More over than intrinsic attraction of this natural lake one of the reasons for the considerable value for the conservation value of the lake compared to its recreational value is the insufficient infrastructure for tourism development and the high understanding of tourists about the conservational of the lake and the need for its survival for future generations.
