fa زیست‌سنجی تخم و بررسی آشیانه‌های فلامینگو بزرگ(Phoenicopterus roseus) در تالاب شادگان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="tab-stops:list 0cm left 482.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" romans="" style="font-family:" times=""><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">این پژوهش به منظور بررسی آشیانه و ویژگی های تخم فلامینگو</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""><span style="color:black">(<i>Phoenicopterus roseus</i>)</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> در تالاب بین المللی شادگان (محدوده خورهای گوبان و ابوخضیر) از اسفند 1399 آغاز و تا اردیبهشت 1400 انجام شد. در این مدت 60 لانه در محل جوجه آوری، به صورت کاملا تصادفی انتخاب و در مجموع 62 تخم بررسی شد. فاکتورهای اندازه گیری برای تخم شامل : قطر بزرگ (طول)، قطر کوچک (عرض) و وزن تخم و برای آشیانه دربرگیرنده قطر داخلی و بیرونی لانه و عمق لانه بود. میانگین قطر بزرگ تخم 96/91، قطر کوچک 31/56 میلی متر و میانگین وزن تخم 59/158گرم اندازه</span></span></span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:" tahoma=""><span style="color:black">&shy;</span></span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black">گیری شد. میانگین قطر بزرگ، قطر کوچک و عمق لانه نیز به ترتیب، 83/39، 26/25 و 62/2 سانتی متر به دست آمد. نتایج ضریب همبستگی نشان داد بین پارامتر وزن تخم با طول، عرض تخم ها همبستگی معنی&shy;دار در سطح 01/0 وجود دارد. به عبارتی هرچه وزن تخم بیشتر باشد، طول، عرض و حجم آن نیز بیشتر خواهد بود. شکار توسط انسان، شغال و روباه، امواج دریا و مد بزرگ، باد شدید و درگیری بین افراد کلونی از جمله عوامل از بین رفتن تخم&shy;ها است. جلوگیری از تخریب منطقه جوجه&shy;آوری فلامینگوی بزرگ در طول سال و افزایش فعالیت&shy;های حفاظتی در دوره تولیدمثل،</span></span></span><span lang="FA" style="line-height:115%"><span b="" mitra="" style="font-family:"><span style="color:black"> می&shy;تواند به حفظ زیستگاه و گونه به عنوان بخشی از اکوسیستم بزرگ و باارزش تالاب شادگان کمک کند. بنابراین برای رسیدن به نتیجه بهتر باید با دید اکوسیستمی و به عنوان بخشی از یک کل بزرگتر و با دیدی جامع&shy;تر به آن توجه شود و نه به عنوان یک موضوع مستقل از کلیت تالاب شادگان.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="tab-stops:right 177.2pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" romans="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">This study aimed to investigate nest characteristics and egg traits of the Greater Flamingo (<i>Phoenicopterus roseus</i>) in the Shadegan International Wetland. The research was conducted from March to May 2021. During this period, 60 nests were randomly selected in the breeding area, and a total of 62 eggs were examined. Egg parameters included major diameter (length), minor diameter (width), and egg weight, while nest parameters consisted of inner diameter, outer diameter, and nest depth. The mean egg length, egg width, and egg weight were 96.91 mm, 56.31 mm, and 158.59 g, respectively. The mean inner diameter, outer diameter, and depth of the nests were 83.39 cm, 26.25 cm, and 2.62 cm, respectively. Correlation analysis showed a significant relationship between egg weight and egg length and width at the 0.01 significance level, indicating that heavier eggs tend to have greater length, width, and volume. Predation by humans, jackals, and foxes, wave action and high tides, strong winds, and intraspecific conflicts were identified as the main causes of egg loss. Protecting breeding areas throughout the year and enhancing conservation activities during the breeding season can contribute to the preservation of the Greater Flamingo and its habitat as part of the Shadegan Wetland ecosystem.
