fa پایش کیفی آب بر اساس شاخص های تنوع زیستی کفزیان (مطالعه موردی: تالاب شادگان) Water Quality Monitoring Based on Benthic Biodiversity Indicators (Case Study: Shadegan Wetland) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research این مطالعه در سال 1391 در 6 ایستگاه تعیین شده در تالاب شادگان انجام شد. نمونهبرداری در دو فصل بهار و تابستان انجام گرفت. نمونه‌برداری شامل نمونه‌برداری از رسوبات بستر و نمونه‌برداری از آب جهت تعیین پارامترهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آب است. درصد مواد آلی و دانه‌بندی رسوبات نیز تعیین گردید.در طول دو فصل نمونهبرداری جمعأ 16 گونه از 5 رده جانوری ماکروبنتوزها شناسایی و شمارش شد. در بین ردههای شناسایی شده بیشترین درصد فراوانی مربوط به رده شکمپایان و پس از آن رده دوکفهایها در دو فصل بوده است. نتایج حاصل از بررسیهای پارامترهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی آب نشان داد که بین ایستگاههای مختلف نمونهبرداری در فصول بهار و تابستان از نظر شوری و EC اختلاف معنیداری وجود ندارد (05/0 (P> درحالی‌که پارامترهای دما،DO  و pH  بین ایستگاههای نمونهبرداری و بین دو فصل دارای اختلاف معنیداری بودند (05/0>P). بر اساس نتایج حاصل از درصد مواد آلی، بیشترین مقدار درصد مواد آلی رسوبات مربوط به فصل تابستان (13/2 ± 77/10) و پس از آن مربوط به فصل بهار (87/0 ±99/0) است. نتایج آنالیز آماری نشان داد بین میانگین درصد مواد آلی رسوبات در دو فصل اختلاف معنیداری وجود دارد (05/0>P). جهت ارزیابی تنوع زیستی بی‌مهرگان از شاخص‌های تنوع زیستی  شانون (H ')، شاخص سیمپسون ، کامارگو، بریلیون و N1 استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از آنالیز آماری نشان داد که شاخص‌های N1 و شانون در بین دو فصل اختلاف معنی‌داری دارند (05/0>P). میانگین شاخص شانون در فصل بهار با (08/0±18/3) و در فصل تابستان با      ( 05/0±79/2) به ثبت رسید که نشان دهنده تنوع بالای ماکروبنتوزها در فصل بهار است. بیشترین مقدار شاخص سیمپسون و کامارگو در فصل تابستان به ثبت رسید. بالاترین میزان شاخص‌های شانون، بریلیون و N1 در فصل بهار بوده است. همچنین دامنه شاخص تنوع شانون در ایستگاه‌های مورد مطالعه دو فصل مطابق الگوی ولچ نشان دهنده کیفیت نسبتأ آلوده آب و وضعیت ناپایدار و نامطلوب اکولوژیکی بویژه در فصل تابستان است.   This study was conducted in 2012 at 6 designated stations in Shadegan Wetland. Sampling was conducted in two seasons, spring and summer. Sampling included sampling of bed sediments and water sampling to determine the physical and chemical parameters of the water. The percentage of organic matter and sediment grain size were also determined. During the two sampling seasons, a total of 16 species from 5 macrobenthos orders were identified and counted. Among the identified orders, the highest percentage of abundance was related to the order of gastropods, followed by the order of bivalves in both seasons. The results of the physical and chemical parameters of water showed that there was no significant difference between the different sampling stations in the spring and summer seasons in terms of salinity and electrical conductivity (P>0.05), while the temperature, DO and pH and parameters had significant differences between the sampling stations and between the two seasons (P<0.05). Based on the results of the percentage of organic matter, the highest percentage of organic matter in sediments was related to the summer season (10.77 ± 2.13) and then to the spring season (0.99 ± 0.87). The results of the statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the average percentage of organic matter in sediments in the two seasons (P<0.05). Shannon (H '), Simpson, Camargo, Brillion and N1 biodiversity indices were used to evaluate invertebrate biodiversity. The results of the statistical analysis showed that the N1 and Shannon indices had significant differences between the two seasons. (P<0.05). The average Shannon index was recorded in spring with (3.18±0.08) and in summer with (2.79±0.05), which indicates high diversity of macrobenthos in spring. The highest value of Simpson and Camargo indices was recorded in summer. The highest values of Shannon, Brillion and N1 indices were in spring.
