fa بررسی پرورش توام میگوی جوان آب شیرین(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)و گیاهان دارویی آلوورا(Aloe vera) و رازیانه(Foeniculum vulgare) در سیستم پرورشی آکوآپونیک تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research در این تحقیق امکان پرورش توأم میگوی جوان آب شیرین و گیاهان دارویی آلوورا و رازیانه در سیستم آکوآپونیک بررسی گردید.این بررسی در دو تیمار و سه تکرار درآزمایشگاه مرکزآموزش جهادکشاورزی خلیج فارس بوشهردر تیرماه 1390 مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. تعداد200 قطعه میگو با میانگین وزنی±13/0گرم به صورت تصادفی در6 آکواریوم مستقر شدند.تیمارها شامل میگوی جوان آب شیرین (Macrobrachium rosenbergii) و گیاه آلوورا(Aloe vera) و رازیانه((Foeniculum vulgare و شاهد فقط میگوی جوان آب شیرین می‌باشد. در پایان دوره 40 روزه پرورش، میزان متغیرهای رشد به تر تیب شامل وزن نهایی بدن ، افزایش وزن بدن، ضریب رشد ویژه،در صدبقاء وبعضی فاکتورهای فیزیک وشیمیایی مثلpH، آمونیاک و نیتریت تیمارها تفاوت معنی‌داری را نشان داد (05/0P<).ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی شاهد وتیمارو بعضی متغیرهای فیزیک وشیمیایی مانند دمای آب واکسیژن تفاوت معنی‌داری نداشت (05/0P>) .بنابراین نتایج این پژوهش موید آن است که تولیدگیاهان دارویی آلوورا ورازیانه درکنارمیگوتأثیر بسزایی درافزایش رشد و تولید آبزیان دارد. In this study the possibility of polyculture of juvenile Fresh water prawn and herbs, aloe vera and fennel, usingaquaponic method was studied. The researchcarried out with two treatments and three replications in July 1390.200 pieces of fresh water prawn (Macrobrachiumrosenbergii) with a mean weight 0.13 gr were randomly deployed in six aquariums.Resultsshowed there were significant differences in growth parameters such as final body weight, weight gain increment, specific growth rate,survival rate and some physicochemical parameters like NH3, NO2 and PH respectively (P<0.05) There were no significant differences among biochemical composition and other physicochemical parameters such as water temperature and dissolve oxygen of control sample and treatments The results of this study showed the growth of prawn in polyculture method significantly was higher than control and indicated the supporting role of Aquaponic method with herbs, Alovera and Fennel to increase growth of these aquatic animals in polyculture system. کشت توأم,میگوی جوان آب شیرین, آکوآپونیک, گیاهان دارویی.
