fa تدوین راهبردهای توسعه صنعت اکوتوریسم تالاب بین‌المللی شادگان بر اساس تکنیک SWOT تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt text-align: justify text-indent: 0.35pt -ms-text-justify: kashida text-kashida: 0% tab-stops: 352.3pt"><span b="" lang="FA" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">محیط‌زیست و لزوم حفاظت از آن در دهه‌های اخیر مورد توجه جدی کلیه افراد و مجامع بین&shy;المللی و جهانی قرار گرفته است. در این راستا محیط&shy;های بیولوژیکی بین&shy;المللی و مناطق حفاظت شده خصوصی اصولاً جزء واحدهای حفاظتی درنظر گرفته می&shy;شوند و بهترین مناطق برای ایجاد اکوتوریسم هستند. تالاب&shy;ها به دلیل برخورداری از انواع منابع طبیعی، دارای اهمیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست محیطی بالایی می&shy;باشند. در این میان، تالاب شادگان با اهمیت بین&shy;المللی به عنوان وسیع&shy;ترین تالاب ایران، در جنوب جلگه خوزستان واقع شده است. پژوهش تحلیلی توصیفی پیش رو با هدف بررسی نقاط قوت، ضعف و هم&shy;چنین فرصت&shy;ها و تهدیدهای ناشی از ایجاد و توسعه صنعت اکوتوریسم در منطقه مورد مطالعه به تحلیل نظرات ارائه شده توسط گردشگران و کارشناسان در سال 1392 پرداخت. بدین منظور در نخستین گام به شناسایی عوامل داخلی (نقاط ضعف و قوت) و عوامل خارجی (فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها) پرداخته شد. سپس عوامل داخلی و خارجی در قالب جداول ارزیابی عوامل داخلی (</font></span><span b="" dir="LTR" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">IF</font></span><span b="" lang="FA" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">) و عوامل خارجی (</font></span><span b="" dir="LTR" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">EFE</font></span><span b="" lang="FA" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">) نمره&shy;دهی و وزن&shy;دهی شدند. به‌منظور وزن&shy;دهی عوامل داخلی و خارجی از فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (</font></span><span b="" dir="LTR" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">AHP</font></span><span b="" lang="FA" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">) و نرم‌افزار </font></span><span b="" dir="LTR" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">Super&shy;&shy; decision</font></span><span b="" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000"> </font><span lang="FA"><font color="#000000">بهره&shy;گیری شد. یافته&shy;ها نشان داد که به&shy;منظور توسعه اکوتوریسم تالاب شادگان می&shy;بایست مجموعه&shy;ای از راهبرد&shy;&shy;&shy;ها از نوع راهبرد&shy;&shy;های تدافعی مورد توجه قرار گیرد که براساس ماتریس </font></span></span><span b="" dir="LTR" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">QSPM</font></span><span b="" lang="FA" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">، راهبرد </font></span><span b="" lang="FA" new="" style="line-height: 115% font-family:" times=""><font color="#000000">تدوین برنامه‌های خاص جهت معرفی جاذبه‌های گردشگری تالاب با امتیاز 991/1 مهم&shy;ترین راهبرد تدافعی قلمداد گردید.</font></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify">Environment and its conservation in recent decades have gained serious attention of all people and the international community and the world. In this way international biologic environment and private protected areas are considered as protective units and there are the best areas for creation of ecotourism.&nbsp; The wetlands have great economic, social and environmental importance due to its natural and unnatural resources. Shadegan wetland as the biggest wetland of Iran with international importance is located at south of Khuzestan plain. This applicable-developmental survey aimed to consider the weakness, strength, opportunities and threats result in creating and developing ecotourism industry in the studied area and it analyzed the presented ideas by experts and tourists. In first step the internal factors (weakness and strength) and external factors (opportunities and threats) are identified. Then aforesaid internal and external factors were evaluated in the form of tables of internal factors evaluation (IFE) and external factors evaluation (EFE), scoring and weighting. For this purpose, analytical hierarchical process (AHP) and Super desision software are used.The findings showed that for developing Shadegan Wetland ecotourism it was essential to pay attention to a collection of strategies such as offensive strategies which are on the basis of QSPM analysis, strategy of introduction of high potential of ecotourism of aforesaid area for increasing investment of private and public sections With 16.178 points was the highest priority.</p> راهبرد, اکوتوریسم, تالاب شادگان, SWOT, AHP.
