fa تغییرات زمانی و مکانی فاکتورهای فیزیکوشیمیایی، مواد مغذی و کلروفیل a در رودخانه‌های منتهی به تالاب انزلی Study of temporal and spatial variability of physico-chemical factors, Nutrients and Chlorophyll a at the rivers reached to the Anzali lagoon تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تغییرات زمانی و مکانی فاکتورهای فیزیکوشیمیایی، مواد مغذی و کلروفیلa در دهانه پانزده رودخانه منتهی به تالاب انزلی بوده است. نمونهبرداریها از خرداد 1391 تا خرداد1392 به مدت13ماه به‌صورت ماهانه انجام شد. نتایج نشان دادند که میانگین و انحراف معیار سالانه کلروفیل a،73/2±17/3 میکروگرم در لیتر با حداکثر 5/15 میکروگرم در لیتر، متوسط عمق 93/0 متر، دمای آب 13/17 درجه سانتی‌گراد، عمق دید سچیدیسک 79 /3±64/19 سانتیمتر، اکسیژنمحلول 53/.±39/7 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر،pH 27/0±82/7، فسفات کل 19/0±25/0 میلیگرم بر لیتر، نیترات کل 45/0±61/1 میلیگرم بر لیتر و BOD5 88/1 ±16/ 8، آهن 13/0±56/01 میلیگرم بر لیتر و منگنز 07/0±94/11 میلیگرم بر لیتر تعیین گردید. بالاترین میزان ورودی مواد مغذیدر فصول بارندگی، ولی بالاترین میزانکلروفیل a در فصول تابستان و زمستان اندازه‌گیری شد. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده میتوان نتیجه گیری نمودکه میزان بار ورودی مواد مغذی به تالاب توسط رودخانهها بالا بوده و به‌شدت تحت تاثیرمیزان بارندگی می‌باشد. The international Anzali Lagoon has a significant role as a settlement at the southern part of Caspian Sea to purge the entrance of sewage water and conserve the aquatic resources and many fresh water rivers entered to it. The aims of this study was the determination of temporal and spatial variability of Chlorophyll a, nutrients and water physicochemical parameters in the 15 rivers at the utmost Anzali lagoon. The stations were selected at the nearest place of the rivers reaches to Anzali Lagoon. The sampling were done monthly from June 2012 to June 2013. The results shows that annual means (±SD) were, Chl.a 3/17±2/73µgl/L ,water depth 0.93m ,water temperature17.13oC ,secchi disk transparency 19/6±3/79cm, DO 7/39±0/53 mg/L , pH 7/82±0/27 , TP 0/25±0/19 mgl/L , TN 1/61±0/45 mg/L ,BOD58.16±1.88,Fe 1.56±.13 mg/L and Mn 11.94±0.07 mg/L. The highest levels of nutrients were in the rainy seasons; on the contrary the highest level of Chlorophyll a was in summer and winter.
