fa قابلیت‌های اکولوژیکی و ارائه برنامه راهبردی توسعه گردشگری تالاب آذینی بر اساس مدل SWOT تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">امروزه صنعت گردشگری یکی از بزرگ‌ترین و متنوع‌ترین صنایع پویای جهان است که جزء پردرآمدترین بخش‌های اقتصادی جهان به شمار می‌رود. بنابراین شناسایی و ارزیابی مناطق دارای پتانسیل گردشگری و </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">بهره‌گیری هر چه بیشتر از مزایا و فواید اقتصادی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی آن باعث توسعه روزافزون منطقه می‌شود. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">تالاب بین‌المللی آذینی واقع در شهرستان سیریک در استان هرمزگان از اکوسیستم‌های ثبت‌شده جهانی است؛ که به‌عنوان یک تالاب گرمسیری دارای مجموعه‌ای از </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">جنگل‌های مانگرو با دو گونه غالب حرا (</span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">marina</span></span></em> <em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Avicennia</span></span></em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) و چندل (</span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">mucronata</span></span></em> <em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Rhizophora</span></span></em><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">است؛ و به دلیل داشتن موقعیت خاص جغرافیایی و مناظر زیبا، زیستگاه غنی برای پرندگان و جانوران، از جاذبه‌های اکوتوریستی خاصی برخوردار است. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی قابلیت‌های اکولوژیکی تالاب آذینی و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی و مدیریت مناسب این تالاب در سال 1393 در راستای توسعه پایدار با استفاده از روش تحلیلی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SWOT</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> است. در این پژوهش نقاط ضعف و قوت موجود در منطقه و نیز فرصت‌ها و تهدیداتی که تالاب با آن مواجه است و یا در آینده با آن مواجه خواهد شد شناسایی و جهت ارائه راهبرد مدیریتی مناسب بکار گرفته شد. سپس از طریق رتبه‌بندی - وزن گذاری و تجزیه‌وتحلیل عوامل داخلی و خارجی مؤثر بر توسعه گردشگری منطقه با استفاده از ماتریس </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">SWOT</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> راهبردهای مناسب تدوین گردید. </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در این تحقیق ماتریس </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">IFE</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با امتیاز 48/2 بیانگر این بود که نقاط ضعف از نقاط قوت موجود بیشتر بوده و ماتریس </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">EFE</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> با کسب امتیاز 40/2 بیانگر وجود تهدیدهای بیشتری نسبت به فرصت‌ها می‌باشد. نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان‌دهنده این است که بر اساس مدل </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">SWOT</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">راهبردهای تدافعی (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">WT</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">) به‌عنوان بهترین راهبردها برای منطقه موردمطالعه می‌باشند. درنهایت با توجه به دارا بودن طیف گسترده زیستگاهی و توانمندی‌ها و قابلیت‌های گردشگری، این منطقه می‌تواند ظرفیت تبدیل‌شدن به یکی از قطب‌های گردشگری در جنوب کشور را داشته باشد. همچنین برای نیل به تحقق اهداف و توسعه گردشگری تالاب آذینی، تلاش برای جذب همکاری همه‌جانبه ادارات و سازمان‌های دولتی و خصوصی مرتبط با این صنعت پیشنهاد می‌گردد.</span></span> <p class="Abstract">Tourism industry nowadays is among the most dynamic and lucrative industries and plays a critical role in revenue generation worldwide. Accordingly, identifying and further assessing regions that hold high potential for tourism, and taking advantages of their economical, social, and cultural benefits will further lead to the development of these regions. Khur-e-Azini International wetland&nbsp;located in Sirik, Hormozgan province, Iran is an internationally recognized ecosystem. This tropical wetland is made of Mangrove forests that consist of two dominant species of <i>Rhizophora Mucronata</i> and <i>Avicennia Marina. </i>This wetland is indeed a unique ecotourism attraction because of its geographic properties, stunning scenery, and rich wildlife. This study aims to conduct a thorough analysis of Azini wetland&nbsp;ecological potentials and further develop a strategic management and planning scheme for this wetland for the year 2015, based on the SWOT method for sustainable development. This study also identifies current and upcoming strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that Azini wetland&nbsp;might face, and further develops a strategy for their effective management. Thanks to the use of SWOT matrix, and after the ranking, weighting, analysis and interpretation of internal and external factors that may influence the development of tourism, this study devised an appropriate strategy to achieve its objectives. The IFE matrix with the score of 2.48 in this study showed that the present case is faced with more weaknesses as compared to the potential strengths. EFE matrix with the score of 2.40 demonstrated that threats outweigh opportunities. Results show that, based on the SWOT model, the defensive strategy is among the best strategies for the region under study in this research. With regard to the great tourism and habitual potentials that Azini International wetland&nbsp;holds, it has the capacity to develop into a tourism hub within southern parts of the country.
