fa تنوع گونه‌ای و تغییرات جمعیت زالوهای آب شیرین در سه رودخانه شرق استان تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">زالوها به عنوان یکی از مهمترین عناصر اکوسیستم<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del></span><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins></span>ی آبی به علت فعالیت انگلی در صنعت شیلات به عنوان یکی از بارزترین شاخص<ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:51">‌</ins>های آلاینده<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins>ی شیمیایی در اکوسیستم<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins>ی آبی دارای اهمیت ویژه ای <del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:48">می </del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:48">می‌</ins>باشند. لذا شناسایی و بررسی نوسانات جمعیت آنها در زیستگاه<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins>ی مختلف آبی از ارزشمندی بالایی برخوردار است. در این تحقیق تنوع <del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:48">گونه ای</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:48">گونه‌ای</ins> و جمعیتی زالوهای آب شیرین در رودخانه<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins>ی لار، جاجرود و حبله رود در شرق استان تهران طی شش ماه از چهار فصل سال 1394 بررسی گردید. طی نمونه برداری از ده ایستگاه، دو گونه <em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Placobdella costata</span></span></em> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و </span></span><em><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Erpobdella octoculata</span></span></em> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">جمع آوری گردیدند که گونه دوم دارای بیشترین تراکم در واحدهای نمونه برداری بود. بررسی تغییرات جمعیت این گونه در ایستگاه<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del></span><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins></span>ی مختلف نشان دهنده عدم وجود اختلاف <del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:50">معنی دار</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:50">معنی‌دار</ins> بین تراکم جمعیت در ایستگاه<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins>ی مختلف بود؛ در عین حال بیشترین تعداد نمونه جمع آوری شده ازاین گونه با اختلاف <del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:50">معنی دار</del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:50">معنی‌دار</ins> در ماه اردیبهشت به دست آمد که <del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:48">می </del><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:48">می‌</ins>تواند ناشی از فراوانی حشرات میزبان راسته <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;">Ephemeroptera</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و همچنین دما مناسب آب و یا سطح پایین آلاینده<del cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44"> ها</del></span><ins cite="mailto:User" datetime="2018-07-11T12:44">‌ها</ins></span>ی شیمیایی باشد. Leeches as one of the most important components of the aquatic ecosystem has gained so much attention. Due to their parasitism, they are commercially considered as dangerous factor in fishery and biologically as potential indexes for chemical pollutant in aquatic ecosystems. So their identification and population dynamics in different aquatic habitats would be valuable. Species diversity of fresh water leeches in three rivers in east of Tehran province, Lar, Jajrood and Hablehrood rivers, were studies through 6 months in 2015. During the sampling procedure from 10 station in 3 rivers, two species, <em>Placobdella costata </em>and <em>Erpobdella octaculata</em> were collected which the latter was more frequent in all the sampling points.
