fa تعیین سطح آلودگی ناشی از فلزات سنگین در آب و رسوبات رودخانه بهمن‌شیر Determining the Amount of Contamination Caused By Heavy Metals in Water and Sediments of the Bahmanshir River تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">این تحقیق در سال 1393 باهدف تعیین و مقایسه میزان فلزات سنگین جیوه، کادمیوم، سرب، کبالت و وانادیوم در آب و رسوبات 5 ایستگاه رودخانه بهمن‌شیر در ماه‌های میانی دو فصل تابستان و زمستان انجام شد. این رودخانه منطقه‌ای مصبی بوده که تابع نوسانات جذر و مدی است و به همین دلیل از ارزش شیلاتی و اکولوژیک بالایی برخوردار است، همچنین مهم‌ترین منبع تأمین آب شرب آبادان و خرمشهر می‌باشد. تحقیقات صورت گرفته نشان داده که این اکوسیستم ازنظر میزان فلزات سنگین در معرض خطر است. سنجش فلزات سنگین به روش جذب اتمی و با کمک دستگاه Perkin Elmer 4100 انجام شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به کمک نرم‌افزار SPSS هفده انجام شد و میانگین تیمارها به کمک آنالیز واریانس یک‌طرفه (ANOVA One-way) با یکدیگر مقایسه شدند. نتایج نشان داد بالاترین میانگین میزان کادمیوم، سرب و کبالت در آب در ایستگاه 5 و جیوه و وانادیوم به ترتیب در ایستگاه‌های 1 و 4 در فصل تابستان به دست آمد. بالاترین میزان جیوه، کادمیوم، سرب و کبالت در رسوبات رودخانه در ایستگاه 1 و وانادیوم در ایستگاه 2 در فصل تابستان تعیین شد. مقایسه مقادیر به‌دست‌آمده با استانداردها بیانگر بالاتر بودن این فلزات نسبت به استانداردها بوده همچنین نتایج به‌دست‌آمده نشان داد که در آب رودخانه همچنین رسوبات میزان جیوه، سرب، کبالت و وانادیوم در فصل تابستان بالاتر از زمستان بود. دلیل افزایش بیشتر این فلزات در تابستان وجود مقدار کم آب نسبت به زمستان به دلیل تبخیر زیاد و کاهش دبی و همچنین افزایش فعالیت بسیاری از واحدهای صنعتی ازجمله پتروشیمی در این فصل میباشد که باعث افزایش بار آلودگی در رودخانه می‌باشد. ازجمله مواردی که باعث آلودگی در این رودخانه می‌شود را می‌توان به دلایلی همچون انتقال آب از سرشاخه‌های کارون، برگشت زهاب‌های کشاورزی و صنعتی و مصارف شهری را بیان کرد. تخلیه‌های ناگهانی در طول سال از سوی صنایع بالادست و افزایش میزان استفاده از کودهای شیمیایی و مزارع پرورش ماهی غیرمجاز نیز از عوامل آلودگی مقطعی رودخانه کارون می‌باشد که درنهایت وارد رودخانه بهمن‌شیر می‌گردند.</div> This study, conducted in 2014, made attempts to determine and compare the amount of the heavy metals mercury, cadmium, lead, cobalt and vanadium in water and sediments of 5 stations of the Bahmanshir River in the middle months of summer and winter. This river has been an estuary area subject to the ebb and flow of the tide, hence rich in ecological and fishing value, and the main source of water supply for Abadan and Khorramshahr as well. Research studies have demonstrated that this ecosystem is at high risk in terms of heavy metals. Heavy metals were measured by atomic absorption and with the help of the Perkin Elmer 4100 machine. The data were analyzed by SPSS 17.00 and mean scores of the treatments were compared through One-Way ANOVA. The results showed the highest average of cadmium, lead, and cobalt in water at station No. 5, and there were mercury and vanadium at stations No. 1 and 4 respectively in summer. The study also displayed the highest levels of mercury, cadmium, lead, and cobalt in river sediments at station No. 1 and vanadium at station No. 2 in summer. The comparison of the obtained values through the standards indicated that these metals were higher than the standards. Also, the findings showed that the sediment levels of mercury, lead, cobalt, and vanadium in the river were higher in summer than winter. The reason for the increase of these metals in the summer is the presence of a small amount of water compared to the amount in the winter due to high evaporation and a decrease in the flow rate as well as an increase in the activity of many industrial units including petrochemical companies in this season. This increases the amount of contamination in the river as well. The transfer of water from the Karun headwaters, the return of drainage from agriculture and industry, and urban wastewater are the causes of pollution in this river.
