fa تغییرات فصلی جوامع بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کف‌زی رودخانه هراز در ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">هدف از این مطالعه، ارزیابی رابطه بین کیفیت آب رودخانه و توزیع جوامع بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کف&shy;زی در رودخانه هراز در ایران است. در این مطالعه، جوامع بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کف&shy;زی در امتداد جریان رودخانه در سال 1394 در 9 ایستگاه با سه تکرار با استفاده از سوربر سمپلر (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">30.5&times;30.5 cm₂</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">) نمونه&shy;گیری شد.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> برای ارزیابی بیولوژیکی کیفیت آب از شاخص زیستی </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">BMWP</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">، شاخص تنوع </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Simpson</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">، شاخص غنای گونه&shy;ای </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">EPT</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> و شاخص تشابه </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">Pielou</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"> استفاده شد. در مجموع 3781 (بهار 769، تابستان 1092، پاییز 1095 و زمستان 825)</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> نمونه&shy; از </span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کف&shy;زی</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> متعلق به 4 رده، 11 راسته و 16 خانواده شناسایی شدند.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> کمترین تعداد تاکسون در بهار ثبت شد، درحالی‌که بیشترین تعداد تاکسون در پاییز ثبت شد. ایستگاه 9 کمترین تعداد تاکسون را داشت، درحالی‌که بیشترین تعداد تاکسون در ایستگاه 3 ثبت شد. محاسبه نتایج نشان داد که شرایط کیفیت آب از ایستگاه 1 تا 6 مناسب و میزان قابل‌توجهی از آلودگی آلی در ایستگاه&shy;های 7 و 8 موجود بود و همچنین کیفیت آب ایستگاه 9 نسبتاً ضعیف بود که نشان می&shy;دهد که شرایط رودخانه در این ایستگاه نامطلوب است.</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span> <p class="Abstract">The aim of this study is to assess the relationship between river water quality and the distribution of benthic macro invertebrate communities in Haraz River from Iran. In this study, benthic macro invertebrate communities along the stream were sampled in 2015 at each of the nine stations with three replicates using Surber net samplers (30.5&times;30.5 cm₂). BMWP (Biologic Monitoring Working Party) biotic Index, Simpson Diversity Index, EPT Species Richness Index and Pielou Evenness Index were used for biological assessment of water quality. A total of 3781 (spring 769, summer 1092. autumn 1095 and winter 825) benthic macro invertebrate specimens belonging to 4 orders, 11 classes and 16 families were identified. The lowest number of taxa was recorded in spring while the highest was recorded in autumn. Station 9 had the lowest number of taxa while the highest number of taxa was recorded at Station 3. Calculated results of the stations 1 to 6 indicated water quality conditions were suitable and substantial level of organic pollution were present for stations 7 and 8 and also, station 9 indicates water quality was fairly poor, that indicates the unsuitable conditions of the river at this station.</p> کیفیت آب, بزرگ بی‌مهرگان کف‌زی, تنوع, رودخانه هراز.
