The synergy and empowerment of command in maritime environments are of particular importance. Achieving this crucial goal necessitates developing a neuroscience-based command pattern for naval operations that clearly defines the relationships between its dimensions and components. This applied research utilized a survey approach with structural equation modeling for data collection. Initially, the Delphi method was employed to gather insights on the model from 17 experts. Subsequently, to validate the pattern, a questionnaire was distributed to 66 maritime commanders ranked 18 and above. The collected data underwent analysis using SMART PLS software, descriptive tests, and structural equation modeling. Based on the research findings, the neuroscience-based command pattern in maritime environments, developed through structural equation modeling, comprises13 components categorized into four main dimensions. Discipline: This includes adherence to maritime principles, observance of rules and regulations obedience to orders, loyalty, and commitment. Interaction: This encompasses communication and its improvement, adaptability to changes, and coordination and cooperation. Self-Confidence: This refers to trust in oneself and others, trust in the work environment, and personal skill. Authority: This involves decision- making and Leadership ability.
